This document guides new clients through the order process at Deviant By Design. We operate on a first-in/first-out basis, requiring a 50% deposit to confirm an order. Full payment for miniatures is due upfront. Deposits are non-refundable once the project begins. Audiovisual updates will be provided throughout the process. Final approval and payment complete the order. Unclaimed miniatures after 60 days become property of Deviant By Design.

Budget

Clients can request a quote via our contact form. We offer options for providing or purchasing miniatures. The final price includes all costs, with no commissions added.

Payment

We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and cash. Final payment is due before shipment.

Shipping and Packaging

Shipping costs vary based on package size. We use certified couriers with tracking. Miniatures and collectables are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

Deadlines

Projects have assigned start and end dates. Delivery times are subject to courier schedules.

Responsibility

We are responsible for miniatures while in our studio. Clients are responsible for shipping protection if sending miniatures to us. We address issues upon receipt.
